Meaningful Movement

Pathways for Wellbeing

YOU are invited to explore movement as a living pathway toward well-being and connection.

WE offer simple somatic practices that help you meet change with your body - learning to sense, respond, and move at a rhythm that feels real for you.

TOGETHER we practice letting go of what’s tight, finding ground again, and noticing how our bodies are woven into the world. From there, new questions and creative ideas begin to move.

Features

Curated video library

Our practices can be gentle or playful. They help you notice new ways of moving and connecting. Try what feels right—each session is a moment to rediscover what your body already knows.

Livestreamed Classes

Join us live — from home, work, or wherever you can move a little.  Together we explore simple somatic practices that honour each person’s pace and story, moving in rhythm with one another and the world around us.

Resources & Community

Join our community to move, learn, and share together. We trade stories and simple practices that help each of us—and all of us—stay grounded, curious, and connected.

ACCESS FOCUSED SERIES

Discover a few steady places to begin—series on breath, grounding, and the body’s own systems of support. Each one is guided by somatic movement practitioners who help us move with care, ease, and connection.

WHY IT WORKS

I can certainly use these practices to support wellness at work, and use for team building.

M

Marianne A.

I really enjoyed how easy it was to relax and be present with each practice.

S

Sahra N.

I love how these practices can be integrated into mindfulness and also practiced with others.

V

Valerie G.

I loved the playfulness. I dropped more into my body with each practice, and into relation with the others, which surprised me.

C

Coman P.

I feel more equipped to take what I've learned from the practices and implement them throughout my day. Little breaks to really feel my body to improve my mindfulness as well as give my body a recharge.

V

Varsha S.

As the session progressed, I felt more comfortable leaning into what my body needed. ... I felt more willing and able to do movements that would typically be outside of my comfort zone.
